Three Weeks, 1500 Miles: Austin to Quartzsite

Three weeks ago I left Austin Texas headed for Quartzsite Arizona, a journey of some 1500 miles. Why? Good question. Two reasons: to see the spectacle that is Quartzsite (more on that in a moment) and to find warmer climes in which to spend the rest of winter.
